Kingfisher Paua Shell Necklace
This Kingfisher pendant has been inlaid with blue and yellow Paua shell, which gives it a lovely shiny effect when it catches the light.
Paua shell is well known for its gorgeous purple, blue and green colourings. The shell is unique to New Zealand's coastlines and is popular with jewellery makers and often referred to as the Sea Opal.
The pendant measures 34mm and hangs on an 18" chain.
